CO ORDINATION TEAM
The Board has established a management team comprising the seven Chief Executive Officers of each shareholding MDO. The team meets regularly and all decisions are made by consensus agreement. Members of the management team assist the Board to make decisions and currently provide the Board with operational assistance.
Through a process of rotation, the company’s operations are managed and coordinated by a Co-ordinating CEO who works closely with the Te Matarau Board Chair. Currently these positions are held by:
